When will my order be posted?

Orders are despatched within 3-6 working days and are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class standard (untracked) delivery, with the exception of mug orders which are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

I need my order urgently. Is there any way to speed up delivery?

If you need your order sooner, please contact me prior to placing your order. It's usually not a problem, but as I work a full-time job alongside running Crooked Quill, there may be occasions where work commitments mean I'm unable to fast-track your order. Just get in touch and I'll do my best to figure something out.

What's your refund policy?

I am unable to provide refunds on made-to-order items, personalised / custom orders and digital downloads. All other items are eligible for a refund, provided that items are returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note, customers are responsible for return postage fees and refunds will be processed upon receipt of goods. Check out my refund policy for more information.

Do you ship internationally?

At present this website is only open to UK orders, however international customers can place an order via my Etsy shop. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Do you offer custom orders?

Due to work commitments I am unable to take on any custom orders at present. If your order isn't required urgently, feel free to get in touch and I'll do my best to provide a timeframe for when custom order slots are likely to reopen.
