Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing

Orders are despatched within 3-6 working days and shipped via Royal Mail Standard (Untracked) Second Class delivery unless otherwise stated in the product description. If you require tracking or other delivery methods, please contact me prior to placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

International Orders

International orders should be placed via my Etsy shop here. If you have any questions, please contact me at liam@crookedquill.co.uk.

Packaging

Bookmarks, greeting cards, A5 / A4 prints, and gift wrap sheets are posted in board-backed envelopes. Please note: gift wrap sheets are folded to fit in an A4 envelope so crease marks will be visible. For added protection, A3 prints are shipped in postal tubes and mugs are shipped in sturdy crash-lock mug boxes.

Delays

If your order faces any significant delays prior to shipping and will not be delivered within the stated delivery timeframe, I will contact you directly to let you know. If you would like to cancel your order as a result, a refund will be provided. Please note, however, that delays that occur after your order has been shipped are beyond my control. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please get in touch and I will do my best to find a solution.
