About the School Library Planner
The School Library Planner has been designed specifically with school librarians in mind. Inside you'll find space to record term dates, weekly schedules, meetings and events, as well as library-specific information such as borrowing statistics, budget trackers, upcoming book releases and more.
Keep track of important information such as term dates, yearly calendars, key contacts, useful websites, passwords and your school timetable.
Track your reading habits using the reading tracker page and update your personal bookshelf with all the books you've read over the course of the academic year (with space for up to 80 books!)
Monthly overview spreads help you to identify any reading-related events coming up on the calendar and provide space for recording meetings and events, upcoming book releases, to do lists, library expenses and monthly borrowing statistics. There's also a mini bookshelf where you can record any books you've read this month as well as your book of the month!
Weekly planner spreads provide a space for jotting down your weekly schedule and important notes. Each weekly spread also includes a library resource of the week with a scannable QR code (covering topics such as CPD, Reading for Pleasure websites, pupil research resources, educational games, subscriptions and more), a suggested theme of the week, and reading recommendations suitable for secondary school libraries.
Class lists are also included to help monitor pupil progress during library lessons or reading intervention. The School Library Planner contains 20 class lists with space for up to 35 pupils per class and seven blank columns for recording the data that's relevant to you (e.g. attendance, Accelerated Reader ZPDs, reading ages, standardised scores, half-termly targets).
Record key library information such as budget spending, professional development, and end-of-year borrowing statistics to help you understand your library usage and areas for development. There are also twenty pages of notes (ten lined, ten dotted) for jotting down meeting notes or book club discussions.

Wonderful! It's just what I require and will be immensely helpful for an action-packed year.
So much useful information and interesting book recommendations. I am looking forward to using it throughout the next academic year.
Not only beautiful, this planner is also specifically relevant to my job and has so many little tips and bookish recommendations.
Great planner. Full of space for own ideas as well as inspiration pointers and starters. Looking forward to using.
Love it. Have bought it every year. Just wish it had arrived a week earlier as I was unable to use it for all next years planning in the last week of term.
